Women are still gaining the right to vote in 2015. In Saudi Arabia, 2015 marked the first year that women could rock the vote. In some instances, women of different racial or ethnic groups earned the right to vote at different times. In those cases, the latest year, granting all women the right to vote, is used. Even in countries where women and men have equal opportunity to vote, women are still significantly under-represented in positions of government.
